Adult Choir

The Adult Choir was formed in 1996 in response to interest by parents and adult friends of younger CSMA singers. Currently at 60-plus members, the choir performs in the CSMA Concert Series each year as well as at many community events. Its members are non-auditioned and come from all walks of life, with experience varying from individuals who have sung professionally to those with no previous musical training.

Criteria for joining the Adult Choir are a love of singing and a commitment to attend weekly rehearsals. New members are accepted throughout September and January.

  • Rehearsals for the Adult Choir begin on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 in the music room at Riverside Secondary School, 2215 Reeve Street, Port Coquitlam from 7:30 – 9:45 PM.
  • Adult Choir performs on two Academy concerts each season, as well as at other community events.

Adult Choir is directed by Michael Grice, accompanied by Kathleen McLeod.
