Donations and Membership
Today’s research shows music is a powerful influence for the health and well being of children and youth. Every dollar invested gives back multiple returns in support of young people as they grow up happy, successful and productive with music as a pillar in their development.
You can make a donation to Coastal Sound securely and easily at Canada Helps. Your tax-deductible gift to Coastal Sound, a registered not-for-profit organization, will be put back into ensuring our programs meet the highest educational quality while remaining accessible to everyone.
Our staff will be happy to make sure your gift helps the specific choir, age level or program you designate.
In addition to monetary gifts, there are other ways to leave a legacy with Coastal Sound Music Academy:
-
Will Designations
Leave a gift through money, property or a percentage of the residue of your estate to Coastal Sound in your will. This is also a way to provide tax savings to your estate.
-
Endowments
An endowment, especially a named one, is a wonderful way to make sure your gift continues to give while your name, or your loved one’s name, lives on. The gift is invested and only the revenue returned is spent by the organization for many years to come.
-
"In Kind"
A lasting gift to Coastal Sound can also be “in kind” gifts such as real estate, music equipment or securities. These are wonderful ways to contribute and you will still receive a tax receipt for fair market value of your donation.
If desired, we will recognize any gift in the name or memory of a loved one, making sure their name lives on in our song.
For further information on any of these opportunities, please contact or have your representatives contact Coastal Sound directly.Special Thanks
